This Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy explains how R&J Products LLC dba Luscenti (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles shipping, delivery, returns, and refund requests for purchases made through www.Luscenti.com.

Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. This email will include your order number and shipping method. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, as we are unable to redirect packages once they are in transit. Incorrect addresses may result in parcels being returned to us, in which case you will be responsible for any re-delivery costs. Luscenti is not responsible for lost, unclaimed, or misdelivered parcels due to incorrect shipping information.

Processing and Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery may take 4–7 business days depending on your location. Orders placed during promotional periods or holidays may take longer to process and deliver.
We are not liable for delays caused by external factors (e.g., postal service delays, weather, or logistics issues), but we will communicate updates as soon as possible.

Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for paying applicable shipping fees unless a promotional offer states otherwise. From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping based on order value, location, or special campaigns. Any such offers will be clearly communicated at checkout or in promotional materials.

International Shipping, Taxes & Customs
International customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, VAT, and customs charges as determined by their country of residence. Please consult your local customs office for more information.

Returns & Refunds
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@Luscenti.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging, labels, and a receipt or proof of purchase. We will provide return instructions and an address upon request.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Luscenti is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
We reserve the right to approve or deny returns/refunds at our sole discretion. Requests may be denied if:
- The request is made after 30 days
- The product has been used or damaged by the customer
- The return is incomplete or part of a bundle
- The request appears fraudulent or abusive

Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us at info@Luscenti.com within 24 hours of delivery. Provide a description and photos of the damage, if possible. This helps us improve our packaging process.
Returns of damaged or incorrect items must be made within 30 days using a return shipping label provided by us. We will inspect the returned item and issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.
