In the event you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist you if you wish to return or exchange your order for any reason. We offer free returns within 30 days of your purchase, and you can choose to receive store credit, a refund to your original payment method, or a different product in exchange.

However, please keep in mind the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Returned items must be in their original product packaging.
• Returned items must not show any visible signs of use.

We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. However, during periods of high order volume, there may be some delays in shipment. Please bear in mind that additional time may be required for delivery.

It is crucial to double-check that your shipping address is correct since we are unable to redirect goods that are already shipped. Any incorrect address details could result in the parcel being returned to us, and you may be charged for re-delivery.
